This makes about 2 servings: Ingredients: • 1 cup Greek yoghurt (lactose-free if needed) • 2-3 tablespoons cacao powder • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup / honey or a few drops of stevia topping examples: • peanut butter (I use a pb that is 100% made of peanuts) • strawberries • dark chocolate, melted (I used 80 % dark chocolate) • shredded coconut Instructions: • 1. Mix the yoghurt, cacao powder and your sweetener together • 2. Spread the mixture on a plate lined with parchment paper • 3. Add your toppings • 4. Freeze for a few hours or until set • 5.
