Ciao, and welcome to my food and drink board! I'm a foodie!! I enjoy eating foods from many different cultures. My favorite is Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, and Kenyan dishes. After giving up gluten many years ago, I've enjoyed some of my favorite dishes with a twist. Using alternative flours such as rice, tapioca, coconut, and even corn flour. You'll enjoy gluten-free recipes that are healthy and still taste yummy, and I'll always include a wine paring for my winos out there!!

Ingredients 
 • Gravy - 2 tablespoon of Rob Mills flour, mushrooms, onions and garlic
 • Mix 2 cups of Spinach, 1/3 cup onions, 1 teaspoon of garlic and Sautéed for less than 1 minute
 • Halibut - add 1 teaspoon of olive oil, season and Sautéed in pan for 2-3 minute on each side
 • Boil red potatoes, then blend add olive oil, garlic, and non dairy milk
 • Asparagus - add 1 teaspoon to pan, Sautéed for 2 minutes each side, add garlic and salt
 

Ingredients 
 • Gravy dressing - 1 tablespoon gluten free flour mix with 1 cup water, and seasoning. Sautéed garlic, red onions, mushrooms and simmer on low heat.
 • Halibut - season and Sautéed for 3 minute on each side.
 • 2 cups of spinach - Sautéed in pan with garlic and red onions for 1 minute.
 • 1 cup red potatoes, boil until soft then blend.
