Ideal Protein Wildberry Yogurt Drink Mix, 2 Egg Whites (beaten slightly) ½ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, 4 tsp Olive Oil, 1tsp Baking Powder, 3 Tbsp Water Preheat 350°F. Spray tin with olive oil spray. Crush Cereal (powder consistency.) In med bowl, mix beaten eggs, ground cinnamon, olive oil, baking powder. Then add Wildberry Yogurt and Crispy Cereal. Slowly mix in water. Spoon batter into muffin tins. (Makes 5 muffins.) Bake Time: 10-12 minutes

VEGGIE POT PIE Two cups of vegetables, my choice was a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms and spinach. I partly cooked the cauliflower and broccoli and blanched the spinach in hot water to soften. Put everything in a dish prepared with cooking spray. Mix IP broccoli cheddar soup with two egg whites, garlic powder and Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Pour mixture over vegetables and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Equals 2 cups veggies and 1 IP meal.
PIZZA DOUGH Phase ONE!!! 2 cups cauliflower, blanched ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon turmeric 2 eggs white 1 plain cereal Ideal Protein Blend the cereal till powder and add egg, garlic and turmeric. Purée the cauliflower and when it’s cold, add to the mixture. Put the mixture on pizza plate and cook in the oven at 375F for approximately 20 minutes.
