Use your breath to deepen into the movement and the connection. You don’t need to spiral your spine or go through the side to side and up/down movements. You can just keep yourself steady. And After doing it steady for awhile you may discover additional movements become helpful. Go slow. Breathe. Take your time. Expect miracles in your life at any and all the time.
