Here at Grow Disrupt, the majority of our team is neurodiverse in some capacity (often times in more than one!) and we’ve noticed that MOST of us work with music on…constantly. So we thought it would be fun to pull together some stats about why music matters so much to a neurodiverse crowd!

ADHD is still rather poorly misunderstood sometimes. It took Stephanie till she was in her 30s before she began to understand that some of the things she’d always considered character flaws were actually the ADHD actualizing. Recognizing it has given her room to have grace with herself, and be more aware when she’s falling into those traps so she can lean on the things that help her manage it better!
