Southern Stories: Chef Ricky Moore
Today's "Southern Story" features Saltbox Seafood Joint Founder Chef Ricky Moore, a James Beard award-winning chef bringing lifelong love of local seafood to his meals. His RITZ® Cracker–Crusted Bluefish Cakes started as family fishing trips and ended in his grandmother's kitchen. Chef Ricky says: "If you’re without access to good quality fresh fish, canned salmon or mackerel will work, too. If canned fish was good enough for my grandma Lottie Mae, it’s good enough for me."
