Ingredients 1 tin chickpeas 6 medjool dates 1/4 cup peanut butter powder 1/2 cup puffed rice (use any puffed grain or oats) 1/4 cup melted dark vegan, sugar free chocolate Low calorie density alternative: 1 ripe banana 1 tbsp cacao powder 1. In a food processor blitz together chickpeas, dates, peanut butter powder (or peanut butter) and puffed rice until it forms a nice chunky cookie dough 2. Drizzle with melted chocolate and refrigerate for 10mins! Enjoy 😊 3. For the non choc chip alternative- blend together a banana with cacao to make your choc sauce and drizzle over the top. Freeze for 1 hour and enjoy! EPIC VEGAN SNICKERS ICE CREAM BARS🔥 Wholefoods & Low Calorie Density!!
Ice cream layer: 1/2 a tin of chickpeas 1 cup of frozen cauliflower 3 ripe frozen bananas 4 medjool dates 1 tsp vanilla 1/3 cup plant milk 1/2 tsp white miso (or a pinch of salt) Caramel layer: 6 medjool dates 3/4 cup peanut butter powder 1/2 - 3/4 cup water Crispy topping: 1/2 tin chickpeas Some melted dark vegan chocolate (optional) 1. Blend together all the ingredients for the ice cream layer until smooth and pop into a parchment lined tray. 2. Now soak those dates in boiling water for 10 mins to soften, then mash with a fork and add the peanut butter powder and water until is forms a nice sticky peanut caramel layer. Spread that onto the ice cream. 3. Air fry or oven your final 1/2 tin of chickpeas until crispy and add them on top of your caramel layer. 🎥@broccoli_mum

I wanna preface this by saying I LOVE SOY BEAN TOFU❣️Tofu has been enjoyed by some of the healthiest humans for thousands of years, it’s deliiiicious, nutritious, affordable and so so versatile. And as long as you’re a generally healthy adult without any special medical conditions, soy beans are nothing but beneficial in soooo many ways. 🙅🏻 🫘TO MAKE: Soak any beans/legumes you wanna use overnight Drain, add fresh water and blend. I’ve tested with different beans and simplified to this measurement- dry beans to fresh water 1:2 by VOLUME (not weight, no need for a kitchen scale) meaning 1 cup dry beans to 2 cup water, or any other container you use to measure Cook down till the mixture solidifies and transfer to a Tupperware and let it set in the fridge. by @veganbunnyelle

Throw it ALL into a huge baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 200 Celsius or until the rice is fully cooked (it works I promise) 2.
