Ingredients: 1 lb sirloin steak (thinly sliced) 8 oz fettuccine pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp butter 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 4 cloves garlic (minced) 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup beef broth 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped) Instructions: Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak slices for 2-3 minutes per side; remove and set aside. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
