The real estate market has two selling seasons. The larger of the two is the spring selling season that kicks off after the Super Bowl and runs through June. This is when most homes are listed and sold. The summer season is less active as kids get out of school and buyers and sellers take vacations. The Fall selling season ramps up after Labor Day and continues until Thanksgiving as kids are back in school and buyers re-focus on their housing search.
