Gluten Free Protein Bars

1 cup almond flour⁠ 1/2 cup Happy Way vanilla protein powder ⁠ 1/2 cup almond butter⁠ 1/3 cup maple syrup⁠ 1/2 cup sultanas 1/4 cup chopped pistachios⁠ 1 tsp vanilla extract⁠ Pinch of salt⁠ Top with chocolate ⁠ Instructions⁠ In a bowl, combine almond flour & protein.⁠ Add nut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, & a pinch of salt to the bowl.
