What you need:
• Paper and pen
• Lighter
• Fire pit or heat safe container/pot to burn the paper in
Start by creating a sacred space and doing some deep breathing or meditation to become centered. Then write anything you wish to release including:
• Limiting beliefs
• Situations or experiences no longer serving you
• Negative emotions
• People you need to forgive
Allow yourself to fully express any emotions that come up and allow yourself to release them. Then burn the paper outside under the moonlight in a safe space. Be gentle with yourself and allow plenty of rest afterwards.
