Ice Cream With Evaporated Milk Recipe

Vanilla ice cream INGREDIENTS: ICE & ROCK SALT, 1 CUP SUGAR, 1 DASH SALT, 6 EGGS, 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA, 1 CAN EAGLE BRAND MILK, 1/2 GALLON MILK DIRECTIONS:1.SAUCE PAN, WHISK EGGS, EAGLE BRAND MILK AND 1 C. MILK. WARM OVER LOW-MEDIUM HEAT. Heat slow to not cook egg. 2.LARGE BOWL, MIX THE SUGAR, SALT & VANILLA. 3.ONCE EGG MIXTURE IS WARM, COMBINE IN SUGAR MIX AND MIX UNTIL THICK AND CREAMY. 4.POUR INTO ICE CREAM FREEZER and fill with milk to fill line.
