Who doesn't love a tender morsal of sweet cakey goodness in miniature form? One of my favourite things to bake is chocolate cupcakes with a rich ganache topping - the secret is my secret ingredients - expresso powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg - adds a bit of spice, and more depth of flavour.
