Steel Spiral Staircase

The Cambridge Mansions Project 20M high emergency escape staircase serving a central London penthouse. Craned installation was impractical, so we installed an electric hoist to lift the 3M cage panels and centre column which then allowed us to safely install the treads and hand rail before progressing to the next section. The principle of construction offers effective economical security.
