AFP Sergeant Major bids farewell to the PMC FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City - The Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) honored the 22nd Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Sergeant Major, First Chief Master Sergeant Rogelio O. Obillo PN(M), as he is set to retire after 36 years of dedicated service. PMC Acting Commandant, BGen. Jimmy D. Larida PN(M), led the arrival honor during FCMS Obillo’s farewell visit on March 1, 2023.
