Ingredients:
• 8oz Softened Cream Cheese
• 3/4 cup caster sugar
• 1/4 cup cold water
• 5 eggs
• 1 can condensed milk
• 1 can evaporated milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 can dulce de leche (divided in 2)
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F
• In a large bowl whisk your cream cheese until smooth
• Add the rest of your ingredients and mix at medium speed until well combined and the mixture is silky
• Add half can of dulce de leche the bottom of a greased cake pan
• Pour your flan mix into the cake pan and then place the cake pan in a larger pan with 1 inch water (this will create the steam bath in the oven)
• Bake for 45 minutes
• Let cool completely and place it in the fridge over night
