Viral rice cake chocolate peanut butter bites
6 rice cakes, unsalted
• 1 cup chocolate chips, dark or milk chocolate
• 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil, used in parts
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions
1. In a large bowl crack by hand the rice cakes into smaller pieces about 1 inch.
• 2. In a small bowl melt 1 cup chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil for 20 second in the microwave (stopping once in between to stir).
• 3. Pour the melted chocolate over the chunks of rice cakes and mix until well coated.
• 4. Then place in a lined 8x8 pan and spread evenly.
• 5. In small bowl melt 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter and 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil for about 10 seconds. Using a spoon drizzle the warm peanut butter a over the chocolate rice cakes.
