I notice if I don’t have easy foods to prep super easy lunches with, I find myself foregoing lunch prep and instead going out to eat on my lunch breaks 🥙🌯🍟. Does that make me lazy? Maybe! 🤷♀ Because I know prepping extravagant and time consuming ⏰ meals is not something I’ll ever do, I like to keep simple ingredients on hand to prep super simple, yet nutritious meals like the one pictured above here 🌶🍳🍫 . This helps me stay on track
