• 4 thin slices Flank steak or quality beef top round steak filets
• 2 tsp Superior touch better than bouillon beef base

• 1/2 tsp Garlic
• 1 Parsley, fresh
• 1 Vidalia onion, large
Canned Goods
• 2 cups Beef broth
Condiments
• 1 German mustard, prepared spicy brown stone-ground
• 1 tsp Ketchup
• 8 tbsp Sweet or dill pickle relish
Baking & Spices
• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Salt and coarse ground black pepper

• 3 tbsp Butter
Beer, Wine & Liquor
