Proper running form will reduce fatigue and energy expedenture, and increase running efficiency‼️
Ensure you work on this as much as possible because practice makes PERFECT! Don’t scoot or drag your legs (even when your tired) - always lift your feet up and strike them down in a circular motion.
It’s also imperative that you utilize your hamstrings, that’s what they are there for! It’s a whole lot easier to lift your legs when you use the muscles intended for it.
