Ingredients
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 cups whole milk
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
1. Bring thee milk and cream to 165-180 degrees on medium heat stirring frequently.
2. Slowly add in lemon juice stirring until the mixture reaches a slow boil. You may start to see small curdles, but don’t worry if you don’t!
3. Turn off heat and let sit for a few minutes.
4. Strain mixture through a cheese cloth. Let strain for 1-4 hours. The longer you strain the thicker it will be.
5. Remove from cheese cloth and there you have it! Beautiful and delicious cream cheese!
