Slowly add in lemon juice stirring until the mixture reaches a slow boil. You may start to see small curdles, but don’t worry if you don’t!⁣ 3. Turn off heat and let sit for a few minutes.⁣ 4. Strain mixture through a cheese cloth. Let strain for 1-4 hours. The longer you strain the thicker it will be. ⁣ 5. Remove from cheese cloth and there you have it! Beautiful and delicious cream cheese!⁣
