It's been SO long since I've done one of these. My kids are not little anymore and opportunities for things like cute classroom Valentines are coming to a fast end. However, this project was the perfect use for all our leftover glow stick bracelets from Theo's 10th birthday, so he agreed to let me design them 'in house'.
