CONNETIX® Magnetic Tiles on Instagram: "Connetix Camera 📸 What a fun DIY by @creative_mama_che ! Looking through Connetix and seeing the world change colour is always such a fascinating experience. Combine that with symbolic play (i.e., using cardboard and Connetix as a camera), and you have an enriching way to help develop colour recognition, expression, language, social skills, problem solving, reasoning plus so much more! #connetixtiles"

The boys loved painting it too and Mr 4 created a beautiful beach scene with blue water and sand. We’ve now got these displayed on our hallway table as a reminder of the Summer we’ve had! Sarah’s Silks on Instagram: "A Playsilk Shadow Puppet Theatre Shadow puppet shows are such a magical way to share the practice of storytelling with your children. Recently my girls and set up this simple shadow puppet theatre in the living room and come evening time we gather together for a story. Playsilks make a beautiful and versatile backdrop for shadow puppet shows. You can use play clips to attach them to a wooden play stand like we have or hang them in a door frame to create a theatre, you could even drape them over a table and sit underneath to perform your show. Use a lamp or a torch to light your make shift theatre from behind and you are ready to begin! The shadow puppets pictured are some I made to tell the story of The Selkie of Sanday, a beautiful, haunting Scottish legen

I recently played the pop a shot basketball game at the arcade where you have to shoot as many balls in the net within a minute. I came in at 84 points and almost beat the high score of 90. That game inspired me to build this using the new @connetix_tiles 18 piece Rainbow Rectangle pack. These rectangles have seriously became a game changer
