To make Meat Lacha Kachori, mix 2 cups flour with 2 tbsp ghee/oil and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, rest 15-20 mins. Sauté onions until translucent, add minced meat, cook until browned. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin, salt. Cool, mix with chopped coriander. Divide dough into balls, roll into thin discs.
