Recipe by @marijamazalin INGREDIENTS • About 10 tortillas (have 2 packages, so how much is needed for the mold) • at least 400g of cheese (gouda, cheddar, etc.) • about 200g of salami (I prefer a stronger, spicy one, so that it can be felt more, e.g. kulen) • passata and/or ketchup • mozzarella 100-200g (in the video it is 200g) RECIPE 1. Turn on the oven at 200’C 2. On the tortilla go a layer of passata or ketchup (or mix both), a decent layer of cheese and 4-5 slices of salami 3. Roll the tortilla tightly as in the video and cut into 4 parts 4. Arrange in the cake mold next to each other (my mold is 26 cm) 5. Rub the mozzarella on top (optional, you can do without it) 6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, depending on the power of the oven - until the cheese is completely melted
