Your breast tissue is mostly fat and a system of milk ducts. Exercise will not increase or decrease the amount of breast tissue you have ,but there are muscles underneath your breast,so exercising these muscles can firm and enhance them. This can help your breasts sit a little higher on your chest wall. Of course the fastest way will be surgery but we can also achieve results without it.
