But if you don’t cook them right, they sometimes get a little bit too mushy. Now I am not saying these are just as crispy as fresh veggies, but they are no where neaaaar mushy. Follow for more hacks! Preheat oven to 450. Place a large baking sheet in the oven to warm it up Mix together frozen veggies (do not thaw), 1 tbsp olive oil and any seasoning of choice. Once the oven is preheated to 450, take out the hot baking sheet (be careful) and lightly spray with cooking spray. It’s made from ground sesame seeds and is rich in fibre, polyphenols and importantly it’s a rich source of calcium. Tahini has a rich, earthy taste and works so well in dressings for salads and roasted vegetables. Here is my version. It makes enough to last a couple of days so feel free to double up if you like it. Tahini Dressing . Ingredients, makes 175ml 30g Tahini 2 tablespoons tamari sauce 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar Juice 1 lemon or 50ml lemon juice 1 clove garlic 10g fresh ginger, grated 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil Method 1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Cailee Fischer on Instagram: "easy homemade chia jam! 🫐🍓 full written recipe below! What you’ll need: 4 cups frozen berries 1/2 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup maple syrup Instrcuctions: 1. Add the frozen berries to a small pot on low heat. Leave on the heat for about 7-10 minutes stirring occasionally until the berries are fully defrosted and soft. 2. Smash the berries with the bottom of a fork then stir in the maple syrup. 3. Remove from the heat and add the chia seeds and mix well. Let it sit on the counter or the fridge until the jam has set and thickened from the chia seeds. 4.
