These taste exactly like banana bread and have become my newest breakfast obsession. What you’ll need: (per serve) 40g rolled oats 80g banana 10g chia seeds 20g vanilla protein powder 150ml almond milk 15g Cadbury milk chocolate chips To serve: 100g Greek yogurt 10g peanut butter Method: Preheat oven to 180C or 350F. Combine all ingredients together (excluding 30g of banana to top at the end) in an oven safe container. Use a fork to whisk all ingredients together. Ensure there are no lumps of protein powder or chia seeds. Top with 30g of banana and milk chocolate chips and press them into the batter. Bake in

In a blender, combine milk and strawberries. Blend until smooth. 2. In each container, add 2 tbsp of chia seeds. 3. Pour the strawberry mixture over the chia seeds in each container. 4. Optionally, add 1 tsp of sweetener to each container, according to preference. 5. Stir well to combine all ingredients. 6. Refrigerate the containers overnight. 7.Top with Siggis coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice) and coconut shreds

This recipe makes about 3 servings. You can double or triple it if you have an event to go to or you’re hosting. Babs on Instagram: "🌯Make-Ahead Breakfast Burritos🌯 Take breakfast off your to-do list with these Make-Ahead Frozen Breakfast Burritos. 🌯INGREDIENTS 1 (28oz) bag frozen Potatoes O’Brien (with red peppers and onions) 2 tbsp olive oil 1 dozen large eggs 1 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or any preferred cheese) 1 (16oz) can refried beans 1 pack burrito-sized flour tortillas (8 burritos) or soft taco size (10 burritos) 🌯INSTRUCTIONS Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add frozen Potatoes O’Brien, pressing them into a single layer. Cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes to develop color, then stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low. For crispier potatoes, cook in two batches with extra oil. I
