Day 3- dinner. Phase 2 hcg. 100g baked chicken patties in cabbage soup.
Day 6- dinner. Phase 2 hcg diet. 100g pan seared salmon in tarragon, garlic salt and pepper. Paired with steamed cauli.
Day 4- lunch. Phase 2 on hcg diet. 100g tritip steak with french beans. No oil. 😊🍴
Day 3 lunch. Phase 2 of hcg diet. 100g of sirloin beef steak with broccoli. No oil at all 😊
Snapper fish steak. I used bragg's amino soy sauce, pepper and salt for seasoning. 👌
Day 8- lunch. 100g salmon seared. No oil. With steamed french beans. #hcgmeals #hcgdiet
Day 7- dinner. Phase 2. 100g lean ground beef with mash steamed cauli. No oil.
Day 7- lunch. 100g baked chicken in rosemary. Paired with cucumber and iceberg lettuce. #hcgdiet
Day 6- lunch. Phase 2 hcg diet. 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg, scrambled. No oil. Paired with grilled tomatoes.
Day 5- lunchPhase 2, hcg diet. 100g pan seared salmon and french greens with garlic salt.
Day 5 dinner. Phase 2 hcg diet. 100g lean chicken ( no skin) and greens with 1tsp mustard.
Oopsie or cloud bread. Gluten and carb free. 👍🏻 #hcgmeals
Phase 2. Day 2. 100g beef sirloin steak. No oil. Veggie of the night - asparagus with little salt and garlic. 😋
Phase 2. Day 1. Dinner is 100g tuna in brine water with salt and pepper side dish is 100g iceberg lettuce.
Phase 2 of hcg diet- Day 1. 100g breast chicken sautéed in 1cup tomatoes (2 small sizes) with pepper, salt and oregano. *no oil
