During (Watercolour Picture): This picture immediately jumped out at me for being an example of the dancer I was at the beginning of grade 9 and my first experience in the Arts Program. The black represents me feeling scared and not good enough compared to the other phenomenal dancers. The blue butterflies show the fact that I am beginning to fly, to grow and to learn. I am starting to realize that dance is not always about staying in the lines.
