Ozymandias is one of the two new superheroes with actual powers (Dr. Manhattan is the other). Ozymandias powers were his enhanced intelligence, super speed, and super strength. He used these powers to mastermind his plot to trick the world of uniting in peace, by giving everyone a common enemy when he set off a bomb in New York, and pinned in on Dr. Manhattan.
