Personal project featuring my original character, Valestina Zervas. This project has been a long time in the making, starting from 2D concepting and going all the way through 3D modeling/sculpting/texturing to final render. Along the way I also dived into some new things, including basic character rigging to help iterate poses quickly and also hardsurface gun design. Description After working on the same project for half a year, I was a little rusty, so decided to indulge in some fashion designing and The Last Jedi hype caught me; thus Rey became my guinea pig. I tried to stay (mostly) true to her style, using subdued and neutral tones, flowy, light fabric and comfy clothes good for fighting (or disguising inside a uppity party!).
