But forreal, there are so many other things you can do that will give you way more bang for your buck on when it comes to your menstrual health.

Like eating more nutrient dense foods and less junk. 
And walking for 10 minutes after meals. 
And properly chewing your food. 
And prioritizing sleep over late night screen time. 
And taking stress seriously (cuz it’s an often overlooked contributor to period pain, PMS, and irregular cycles). 

And that’s just naming a few. 

It looks a little different for everyone, and that’s part of my point.

Your journey to a healthy menstrual cycle is not going to look the same as everyone else’s, so neither should your grocery lists. ✌🏻
