Nerve glides are exercises that encourage the nerves in our body to glide through the tissues.

The nerves emerge from our spinal cord as nerve roots and continue to branch and travel down from the hips all the way to the toes.

Just like our muscles and joints move, nerves need to be able to move too. Nerve glides are a fantastic way to encourage nerve mobility and excursion through the tissue. They can help reduce nerve symptoms, improve oxygenation of the nerve, and keep your nerves happy and healthy!
