How to make a Jeep Wrangler Box Car Racer from a cardboard box. This is a great project to try just for fun or to make box car racers for events like birthday parties, community events or family gatherings or just to play with at home or in the backyard. Simple and easy to make using materials found in the recycling bin, common crafting supplies and a cardboard box. Get your creative on!

Step 4: I used 16" cake base circles that I got from Michaels and painted them black. I hot glued them on for the tires. I wrote "Jeep" in white paint on the spare tire on the back. The brake lights were made from scrap cardboard painted red and white and hot glued on. I also removed the unneeded top of the box.

Update-I've had alot of people ask for more info on the jeep. I hope these pictures and measurements help This is one of my favorite things to do if I have a lot of extra time. There are endless possibilitys with cardboard. This is the Safari Jeep/ Puppet theatre for a class I teach at my church. The back is open so the kids can play in it.
