This adjustable sliding closure is good for cord or string bracelets and is made using square knots. It's easy to make once you get the hang of it and you can use different coloured cord from your bracelet if you'd like. It's one of my favourite ways to finish a bracelet off, mostly because I find fastening clasps on bracelets a little tricky to do one-handed!

Directions: 
This is a creative way to tie a knot for a button leather clasp closure for your bracelet.
You will need 1.5 mm or 2 mm leather round cording 
Button for clasp 
Connector ring or some type of toggle ring
Cut 1 foot of leather & fold over so the ends meet evenly. Slide two loose ends through the jumping center and through the loop of leather and pull down street. This will form two leather strands going over the ring & through the leather loop. 
Take the right leather strand and circle back up & through the top loop & bring down. 
Take the left leather strand and circle back up & through the top of the left side loop and bring Tie A Knot, Ring Cuts, Loose Ends, Round Leather, The Loop, Crafty Stuff, Jewelry Diy, Fold Over, Let Me

You don’t want to pull apart the fibers just stretch it out a little bit. add assorted beads. It is helpful to add a larger hole bead on 1 end to tuck knot & hide into. when to finished adding beads take the two loose ends & Crisscross over the center. Take 1 side & loop over the other side of the elastic 2 times. This will form a 1/2 inch looped band. Pull the two ends together & form another single knot bringing them all together.
