Dahi vada recipe aka dahi bhalla recipe is a classic Indian snack recipe which is crazily popular all over India. It is pillowy soft, tender & fluffy in texture with tangy, sweet and slightly spicy in taste and overloaded with refreshing flavours. In fact, in north Indian, any festival or celebration like holi, Diwali or Raksha Bandhan is celebrated with this divine as snack. This salivating preparation is mostly relished as evening snack or appetizer and even as a side with meal.

SAVE the video to try the recipe later :)) ➡️ Steps :- 1) Soak 1 cup Urad dal in water for 4 hours 2) Drain off water and transfer to a blender jar, add 1 inch Ginger, 1 green Chilli, Salt. Blende into a paste 3) Transfer the batter to a bowl 4) Add minimal amount of water and whisk continuously till the batter thickens.  (For a quick way to check if your batter is ready, drop a small portion of batter in water. If it floats on water surface, your batter is well fermented) 5) Now using your wet hand, drop small balls in hot oil  6) Keep the flame on medium, stir occasionally. Fry until golden 7) Drain off and immediately add in lukewarm water.
