“Summer body” I spent so many years, not enjoying things because I was so self-conscious. Even when I was skinny the idea of having a “summer bod” haunted me. So I know it’s simple to say, then it is to believe. But summer doesn’t require a certain measurement, or size. The sun will come out whether I have stretch marks or abs.
