Took the weekend offfff of socials, which I think I will make a much more regular thing. And which I highly recommend.❤️

1. Have you ever tried BARRE!? It’s been about a decade (and a half🥲) for me, but damn was playing around at the barre HEALING for me! This is some serious ankle recovery in showcase and I’m just so grateful for my body.🙏🏼

2. FIRST FAMILY SKI DAY OF THE SEASON at the one and only @altaskiarea OFC 💯— ANOTHER HUGE HUGE HEALING JOURNEY VICTORY! Zero ankle pain😭🙏🏼
