1️⃣Get really strong in the exact position your ankle would normally get hurt. Let the tissues adapt and develop strength in that range, so that the next time you land on someones foot you have less chance of seriousy injuring your ankle!
(This exercise can be really challenging at first, so ease into it and don‘t work through pain)

2️⃣Get strong ankle flexion! Your tibialis anterior (muscles that runs from your shin all the way to your ankle) plays a key role in ankle stability but is often neglected when thinking about ankle strengthening!
