Air fried some sausage & peppers for #supper. Was gonna do some sauce & pasta, but feeling a little under the weather so just serving them on buns today. Brushed lightly with EVOO. My fryer is 1700 watts so I went with 380 degrees for 15 mins, turning halfway, internal temp to 160 degrees. Sausage cooks beautifully in the air fryer! Cut peppers & onions thick, tossed with EVOO, S&P, dried basil & air fried 380 degrees for 8 minutes, shaking basket twice. YMMV #airfryer
