This is a movement we rarely perform in day to day activities so performing it in a warmup keeps those side core muscles and low back muscles loose. 🔗HIP FLEXORS - STRETCH & STRENGTHEN - people tend to only focus on tight hip flexors but usually they are tight because they were too weak to perform what you wanted so they compensated.
