Shoulder Here we go again with another no-weights-needed routine... this one is more for upper body (shoulders, triceps, and a wee bit of abs) The breakdown: ✨toe touches: 10 reps (touching both toes counts as one rep), 3 sets ✨grounded shoulder press: 8-10 reps, 3 sets ✨shoulder touches: 20 reps (touching both shoulders is one rep), 3 sets ✨elevated shoulder press: 8-10 reps, 3 sets ✨handstand push-up: these are hard as heck for me so I only do, 3-5 reps, 2-3 sets 💫 as always, if you can do more, do more.
