Food Finds in Singapore

Max’s Restaurant Singapore: Filipino Cuisine
Max’s Restaurant has finally opened its door in Singapore. This is the first and only Max’s Restaurant branch here in Singapore to date. It serves classic Filipino cuisine, from breakfast, dishes, and desserts. It’s famous for its signature Sarap-to-the-Bones Max’s Fried Chicken which I bet, every Filipino has already tried back in the Philippines.
Yaowarat Thai Kway Chap: Street-style Thai Cuisine
Yaowarat Thai Kway Chap is popular for its signature dish, Kway Chap. Their version of Kway Chap has a hearty-peppery based soup with braised meats and veggies.
Shan Dong Dong Ji La Mian Xiao Long Bao
Shan Dong Dong Ji La Mian Xiao Long Baooffers the taste of Chinese cuisine that specializes in dumplings and noodles. Their dumplings are handmade and freshly-done in the stall while you’re at it. We were amazed by how they do these dumplings one by one at the stall itself.
