Messerschmitt ME-262 Schwalbe (Swallow). The worlds' first production jet aircraft produced by Germany near the end of World War II. Also one of the first fighters to feature tricycle gear. Originally designed as a tail dragger, it was unable to take off due to blast on the rear flaps.
