I accidentally mixed up my Cartwheel with my handstand, when my coach said I was doing a cartwheel not a handstand I went ahead and did the handstand. Got it on my first try and was the best one out the other children with that! Held it for 5 mins once!

It was a bit of a struggle. I didn't have any flexibility in the legs, plus no core strength. Now the hamstring
