1.5K views | Cottage Cheese and Mozzarella Garlic Flatbread 🧀🧀🫓 Made in 15 minutes, cheesy and full of proteins 💪Incredibly easy and delicious 😋 Ingredients: ✅️ 1 3/4 cup flour ✅️ 2 cups cottage cheese ✅️ 1 tsp baking powder ✅️ 1/2 tsp salt For filing: ✅️ 1 cup grated mozzarella For the garlic butter: ✅️ 1-2 cloves of garlic ✅️ chopped coriander ✅️ 3 Tbsp of melted butter or ghee ✅️ pinch of salt Method: 1️⃣Make the coriander garlic butter. 2️⃣Mix flour with cottage cheese, salt and baking powder until you create a soft dough. 3️⃣Cut the dough into 8 pieces, turn into balls and roll out slightly. 4️⃣Stuff the inside of the dough generously with mozzarella and roll out. 5️⃣Cook on dry pan at medium high heat for about 1-2 minutes each side. 6️⃣Remove from the pan and brush with the butter.
