Need some ideas for how to get the most out of your resistance bands? I post about these versatile bands all the time, and here are 5 more full body exercises to try out! 👇🏼 1. Upright Row - Focus on pulling through your elbows, which will help you keep your wrists straight. As you pull upward, you can also pull slightly outward against the band, which will help target your rear delta and traps as well. 2. Low-High Rotation - Keep your hips still and rotate/twist through your obliques. Breathe out as you rotate so you're not trying to contract against a chest full of air. You can have fun with experimenting with different pulling angles, too! 3.
