Simple Baked Cabbage
30min · 2 servings INGREDIENTS • ½ medium cabbage (about 2 lbs.) • 1 tbsp. garlic powder • 1 tbsp. paprika • 1 tsp. salt • 3 tbsp. plant-based or regular butter INSTRUCTIONS • Cut the cabbage into quarters, and then cut out the core. Slice each quarter and then cut it crosswise to create thin shreds of cabbage. • Place the cabbage shreds into a large mixing bowl, and add the paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Melt the butter and pour it over the other ingredients. Mix well. • Transfer the cabbage into a large baking tray. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, smooth the seasoned cabbage until it lays evenly across the pan. • Bake it for about 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or until it is cooked through and nicely roasted around the edges. Serve immediately.

Ingredients • 1 broccoli in florets cooked in salted water • 100g parmesan cheese (or vegetarian alternative) • Olive oil • Salt • paprika sweet Preparation 🥦 • 1 Cook broccoli so that it is not too mushy but can be easily mashed on a baking sheet. • 2 Place florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and mash with a glass. • 3 Coat with a mixture of olive oil, salt and paprika noble sweet. • 4 Sprinkle grated parmesan over the top and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until the broccoli is nice and crispy around the edges. 15min · 20 servings RECIPE: • 2 zucchinis, shredded • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese • 2 eggs • 2 tsp Italian seasoning • 1/2 tsp onion powder • salt + pepper to taste Use a kitchen towel to squeeze out as much liquid from the shredded zucchini as possible. You should have 2 packed cups of shredded zucchini afterwards. Add zucchini to a large bowl along with the remaining ingredients and stir until incorporated. Scoop out 1 tbsp of the mixture and form into a small log shape. Place onto a parchment lined air fryer tray or baking sheet. Repeat until all zucchini tots are done — it should make about 32. Spray the top of the tots with a bit of cooking spray. Air fry (or bake) at 400 for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
