White Lotus' Walton Goggins at Home
Actor Walton Goggins and his wife, writer-director Nadia Conners, want to make one thing very clear about their decision to quit the West Coast and plant their family flag in the Hudson Valley. “We weren’t running away from Los Angeles. We were running toward something,” insists Goggins, a standout player in the third season of HBO’s The White Lotus and an actor renowned for portraying villains and antiheroes with a certain sinister silkiness. “We loved our home in LA. It’s the city where our son, Augustus, was born and raised, the city where I became the person I always wanted to be, culturally, spiritually, not just career-wise,” the Georgia-bred talent adds. Nevertheless, the siren call of the Hudson Valley would not be denied. Photo by Kate S. Jordan, Styled by Raina Kattelson

Tour the Imagine Dragons Guitarist’s California Ranch Home
The home’s interior design reflects the couple’s worldly collections. Rather than working with a large design firm that was “very much like, ‘We come in and we do it all,’” they opted for a more collaborative approach. Photo: Sam Frost, Styling: Lisa Rowe, Art: Luke Chiswell/Tappan Collective
Tour Supermodel Paloma Elsesser’s Brooklyn Town House
Born to an African American mother and Chilean Swiss father, Elsesser grew up in a multigenerational home in Mid-City, Los Angeles. “My grandparents lived downstairs. We lived upstairs. The house that I grew up in is the house my mom grew up in,” she recalls of the lively, at times chaotic backdrop that was her safe haven. She wanted to create something similar for herself: a place where friends and family could crash, a place with history. “Being a young mixed Black woman, it was really important to me to be in a historically Black and brown neighborhood,” she says. Kendall Jenner’s Christmas Decor Open Door
Jenner’s approach to holiday decor is a bit more traditional—simple green garlands decorated with pine cones, classic trees, a vintage Santa Claus—but no less beautiful and festive. Photo by Jenna Peffley

“I wanted to bring in some bold chromatics because, when you look at how they dress and how they live their life and where they travel, there’s a lot of color, there’s a lot of charisma,” says architect Nicolò Bini. Art: Michele Kortbawi-Wilk/Jones & Terwilliger Galleries, Photo: Douglas Friedman
